Depended on cultural elements and arranging tour system reasonably, we divide, organize scenic spots and readjust layout structure and eventually build a elite spot where embodied with strengths of cultural traits, abundant spots, flourishing plant, clear seasons, and integrate all functions like sightseeing, tourism, leisure, entertainment, service into it. All these efforts is to meet all demands for visitors and to create an opening up urban park.
